Myrtle Lucille Neice

Myrtle Lucille Neice, age 88 of Rocky Mount went to be with the Lord Thursday, January 07, 2016 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Neice, Sr.; and her son, Paul Neice, Jr. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Richard Neice (Kathy), Roger Neice (Barbara), Eddie Neice, Mike Neice, Andy Neice, Gladys Wright (Billy), Sheila Neice, Ruth Neice (Rex), Ruby Peters (Jay); 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who will be missed deeply by her family and friends. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Flora Funeral Chapel with Pastor Gary Hoffman officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount and other times at the home of Ruth Neice, 2131 Doe Run Road, Rocky Mount, Va. 24151.
