Nancy Shively

On March 18, 2017, at 11:05 p.m., Nancy Shively of Rocky Mount went to be with her Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Eva Dowdy (Hodges); her husbands, Claude Willard Quinn and Oliver Shively; and her daughter, Darlene Hall. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Johnson (James) of Beckley, WV; her six grandchildren, Lisa Jewers (John) of Lancaster, PA, Jennifer Hunt (Bryan) of Beckley, WV, and Chad Hall, Sue Ellen Hall, Charles Hall, and Kim Snowdy, all of Rocky Mount, VA; and her nine great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 22, at 11:00 a.m. at Flora Funeral Chapel in Rocky Mount, VA with her son-in-law, Pastor James Johnson officiating. He will be assisted by Pastor Eddie Hawks. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Family visitation will be on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
