Norma Jean Lynch Mcghee

Through her unwavering faith in God, the love and prayers of family and friends, and surrounded by her loving family, Norma Jean McGhee, 79 years old of Rocky Mount entered into eternal peace on Thursday, January 16, 2014. Norma Jean was born on September 27, 1934, in her home to Reggie and Tressie Lynch and was the oldest of four brothers and sisters. Norma Jean was a life-long resident of Franklin County and is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 59 years, Bobby McGhee; daughter, Kathy (Frank) Azarch; granddaughters, Mandy (Matthew) Burnette, and Missi (Chad) Quinn; brothers, Glenn (Anne) Lynch and David (Rosemary) Lynch; sister, Sandy (Steve) Flora; great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and her four-legged companion, Cody. The family will receive guests at Flora Funeral Home, in Rocky Mount, VA from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 19, 2014. The funeral service will be held at Flora Funeral Chapel 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 20, 2014 with Dr. Richard Harrell officiating. Graveside service with immediately follow at Franklin Memorial Park. "You go on ahead and I'll see you when I get there"
