Norman “Norm” Marlin Shuman

Norman “Norm” Marlin Shuman, age 42 of Wirtz, VA passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, July 8, 2025. He was born in Ravenna, Ohio on January 26, 1983. He was preceded in death by his wife, Angela “Angie” Shuman.

Norm is survived by his mother, Barbara Ramey, of Virginia; father, Michael Shuman of Ohio; brothers, Michael “Mikie” Shuman II (Heather Anne) of Ohio, Matthew Shuman (Tay Jones) of Virginia; sister, Shasta Shuman (Walter) of California; children, Trinity Shuman, Lealand Darovich and Kaiden Lade, along with numerous grandchildren and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Norm was a hard-working welder, roofer and construction worker. He loved to spend time with his family and dogs. He loved the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was a goofball and loved to have a good time.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
