Otha Cleo Quinn, age 76, of Ferrum, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018, at his home.   Otha was born November 13, 1941, to Lewis Washington “Fat Lewis” Quinn and Martha Allen Quinn. He was predeceased by his parents, and his son Lewis Ray Quinn, and his brothers: George, Joel, Albert, Mike, Oliver, Luke, Tyler, Lindberg, Grover, and Joe Herbert, and sisters: Hattie, Ora, Cora, Bertha, Abbie, and Lessie. He is survived by one brother Kermit (Shirley) Allen, and two sisters Sarah Hambrick and Frankie Tilley, many nieces and nephews; and a multitude of cousins in the Quinn Family. He is also survived by his friend and former wife Linda Bridgman, and his daughter Jeannette (Tracey) Fackler, and several grandchildren, as well as Levi and Tori Hambrick, who he thought of as his grandchildren. Otha was able to stay at home during his various illnesses with the help of several caregivers and especially with the help of his special nephew Jason Hambrick and niece Felicia Woods. He enjoyed daily visits with his nephew and buddy, George Hale. Otha was fortunate to have been a kidney transplant patient surviving over 33 years after his transplant. When he was able, he loved hunting, catfishing in Philpott Lake, and feeding the fish in his pond and the squirrels in his yard. Otha would want everyone to dress in casual clothes for his visitation and service. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 8, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Maple Grove United Methodist Church in Ferrum.   Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, January 9, at 11:00 a.m. at Maple Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. John Ingram officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount
