Pamela Guilliams Messenger, age 62 of Callaway, went to her heavenly home on November 8, 2018. She was born December 19, 1955 and was preceded in death by her father, Bernard Lawrence (Pete) Guilliams; grandparents, Roy and Altha Guilliams and Luther and Lula Fisher; and many aunts and uncles. She is survived by her husband, Alan Messenger; mother, Betty Fisher Guilliams, both of Callaway, special family friend, Glenn Turman of Penhook; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, W.D. and Gaynell Messenger, Henry and Lynda Messenger, and sister-in-law, Mary Atkins; and over two dozen aunts, uncles, and cousins. She loved being a member of Highland United Methodist Church in Callaway where she played the organ and piano for over forty years. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Highland United Methodist Church, with Reverend Amy Pannell officiating. Interment will follow in the Guilliams Family Cemetery at 2166 Five Mile Mountain Road in Callaway. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 5-8 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service. In lieu of flowers, Pam requested that donations be made to Highland United Methodist Church, Callaway Volunteer Rescue Squad, or the Callaway Volunteer Fire Department.
