Patty Jane Davis

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and cherished friend, Patty Jane Davis, who was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at the age of 76.

Patty was a woman of unwavering faith and compassion, known for her selflessness and kindness. A lifelong member of Gethsemane Baptist Church, she was an active participant in the church choir, where her voice brought joy to many. She expressed her love for God and her community in everything she did. A caring and compassionate soul, Patty was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She lived her life with grace and a great spirit of generosity. Whether it was through her kind words, a meal shared with family and friends, or her loving support for family and strangers alike, Patty truly embodied the Christian values of love, humility, and service.

Patty joins her parents, James and Mildred Davis; sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda Altice (George) and Janet Gordon (Donnie) in heaven, where she is now at peace in the arms of the Lord.

Patty is survived by her son, Kenny Davis (Davana); granddaughter, Logan Davis (Cameron); brother, Jimmy Davis; nieces and nephews, Brenda Altice, Karen Plante (Jeff), Rebecca Bravo (Antolin), Donald Gordon Jr.; and great nieces and great nephews, James Manning, Keith Manning, Kayla Sowers, Meghan Plante, Fatima Al-maliki, Jamal Al-maliki and Andres Bravo.

A service celebrating Patty’s life will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at Gethsemane Baptist Church with Dwight Hayes presiding.

The family invites all those whose lives were touched by Patty to join in remembering her with love and gratitude.
