Paul Fisher, age 93 of Rocky Mount, and formerly of Camp Springs, Md., passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2013. Paul served in the United States Army Air Corp during World War II and later retired from the United States Air Force with twenty—one years of service. He later went to work for Sears and retired with 26 years of service. He was welcomed home by his parents Paul Fisher, Sr. and Katherine Lukasavitz; his brothers, Luther and Steven, sisters, Helen and Pauline and wife Nina Smith Fisher. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his loving wife, Cynthia Grisetti Fisher; sons, Gary and wife Karen Fisher of West Cazy,Ny, Kevin Fisher of Brooklyn, Ny; and a daughter, Kathleen Fisher of Worcester, Ma.; his sister, Mary Faustner of Whitehall, Pa.; and a brother, Michael Fisher of Ruthiand, Vt.; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, John and Pat Grisetti, Mike and Rita Grisetti, Joe and Deneen Grisetti, Robert and Kari Grisetti; and many family and friends. The family would like to give special thanks to Carilion Clinic Hospice of Rocky Mount and the staff for their loving care and concern during his illness. The family will be receiving friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church in Roanoke. The Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church with Monsignor Joseph Lehman officiating, followed by Interment at Mountain View Memorial Park, Boones Mill.
