Paul E. Hicks, age 79 of Rocky Mount died Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Funeral services will be held at Franklin Heights Church 2 p.m. Monday, March 9, 2026. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
