Paul Max Robertson, Sr.

Paul Max Robertson, Sr., age 88 of Rocky Mount died Tuesday, November 14, 2017. He was born April 3, 1929 a son of the late Samuel and Sarah Waid Robertson. Also preceding him in death are his son, Charles E. Robertson; brothers, J.B. and Sam Robertson; and sister, Gertrude R. Reid. Mr. Robertson was a graduate of Rocky Mount High School and the National Business College. He served two years in the United States Army and was a retired Broker of Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors. He was also a member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church. Surviving are his son, Paul Max Robertson, Jr.; grandson, Cameron M. Robertson; and one sister, Helen Tisdale. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Saturday with Rev. David Slayton officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
