Pearly Smith

Pearly Smith, age 79 of Buchanan and formerly of Penhook passed away on Friday, March 5, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oakey and Annie Lambert; and daughter, Angie Walker. Pearly is survived by her sons, Van Smith, Dale Smith, and Frank Lewis Smith, Jr.; grandchildren, Dylan, Logan, Devon, Darla, Dawson, Cory, Amber, Ryan, and Frank III; great-grandchildren, Grayson, Hunter, and Bentley; brothers and sisters, Joey Lambert, Anna Jean Dunbar, Donnie Lambert, and Nancy Creasey; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted at Boones Chapel Church of the Brethren Cemetery 2 p.m. Monday with Pastor Mike Gallimore officiating. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
