Rachel Quinn Whitlock

Rachel Quinn Whitlock, age 77 of Ferrum died Friday, March 31, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne “Rastus” Whitlock and sons, Dudley and Dennis. Surviving are her sons, Perry Whitlock (Carol) and Berkley Whitlock (Robin Cawley), five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, sisters, June Richardson and Patsy Young, brother, Noah Albert Quinn, Jr.; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel, 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 3, 2017 with Rev. Bud Nichols officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Her family will receive friends 5-7 pm Sunday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
