Randall Mark McQuaid, 62 of Hardy passed away Friday, September 19, 2014. Surviving are his wife, Annette McQuaid; sisters, Janet Hilton (Drew), Kathy Frank (Tom), Judy O?Donnell (Gary), Karen Ireland (David); mother-in-law, Connie Noland; brother-in-law, Fred Noland (Pat); special pets, Pete and Pookie; a number of nieces, nephews and special friends. Memorial services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 22, 2013 with Pastor Matthew Ricks officiating. The family suggests memorial donations be made to Planned Pethood of Franklin County, P.O. Box 2118, Rocky Mount, Va. 24151. His family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1:30 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
