Raymond White Campbell

Raymond W. Campbell, age 83 of Penhook passed away Thursday May 1, 2014 surrounded by his family. He was born June 27, 1930 a son of the late Hugh and Emogine Campbell. He is survived by his wife of 58 years Pearl B. Campbell; son, Kenny Dale Campbell; daughter and son-in-law, Rita and Terry Oakes; two grandsons he adored, Bryce Oakes and Blake Oakes; brother and sister-in-law, Hilbert and Louise Campbell. Raymond served in the U. S. Marine Corp. and was a member of Forrest Hill Christian Church. He retired from DuPont with 25 years of service and he enjoyed farming. Funeral services will be conducted at Forrest Hill Christian Church 2:30 p.m. Sunday May 4, 2014 with Wayne Keith, Minister and Ted Clifton, Minister officiating.Burial will follow in Church Cemetery. The family request memorial donations be made to Forrest Hill Christian Church or Snow Creek Rescue Squad. His family will receive friends 6-8 pm Saturday at Forrest Hill Christian Church.
