Rebecca Freeman Perdue

Rebecca "Becky" Freeman Perdue, age 71 of Redwood and formerly of Elkin, NC died Thursday, October 24, 2013. Becky was a very loving and caring person who loved her dogs and wildlife. She was preceded in death by her parents Jimmy and Hettie Freeman; and grandson, Logan. Surviving are her husband, Garry; son, Hilton (Kris); daughter, Paige (Mike); step-son, G.R. (Ruby); step-daughter, Amee (Danny); special granddaughter, Stephanie; grandchildren, Daniel, Devin, Nick, Aaron, Emily, Lauren, Daniel; brother-in-law, Chloris (Cisro), Wendell; best friends, Bonnie, Betty Jane, Vickie; and classmates of 1960 at Elkin High School. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any pet shelter. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
