Richard Dean Neice

Richard Dean Neice, age 73 of Roanoke passed away on Friday, March 22, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Neice, Sr. and Myrtle Neice; and his brother, Paul Neice, Jr. Richard is survived by his wife, Katheryn Neice; daughter, Shannon Neice; grandchildren, Keith Troutner and Dallas Bradley; step-children, Tammy Perdue and April Perdue; brothers, Roger Neice (Barbara), Eddie Neice, Mike Neice and Andy Neice; sisters, Ruth Neice (Rex), Gladys Wright (Billy), Ruby Peters (Jay) and Sheila Neice; along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. Richard was a devoted Christian who loved God and his church. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 12:00 noon Tuesday with Pastor Jeff Gardner officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Burial Park. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
