Robert David Gaubatz

Robert David Gaubatz, age 84 of Rocky Mount passed away Sunday, July 17, 2022. He was born April 9, 1938 a son of the late Fred and Lillian Evans Gaubatz. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Fred Jr., Joe, Richard, Paul and Jerry; sister, Lillian Bird. Surviving to cherish his memory, daughter Sandra Law (Mike); two sons Jeff Gaubatz and David Gaubatz; brother Ed Gaubatz; five grandchildren Chris, Miranda, Erin, Dena and Maegan; four great-grandchildren Emma, Nehemiah, Mary Rose and Caley; many nieces and nephews. Robert enjoyed fishing and he served in United States Air Force. Graveside services with military honors will be at Mountain View Memorial Park, 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2022 with Pastor Paul Parido officiating. His family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
