Robert P. Shively

Robert P. "Bobby" Shively, age 69 of Rocky Mount died Saturday, January 3, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar "Creed" Shively and Betty Macie Shively; son, James Robert Shively; and sister, Yvonne Lynch. Surviving are his wife, Glenda Shively; children, Jeffery Shively (Lorraine) and Timothy Shively; grandchild, Ozzy Shively; and sister, Betty Thompson (Ronnie). Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Tuesday with Rev. James Graham and Rev. Pete Trout officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gentle Shepherd Hospice. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
