Ronald David Taylor, Sr.

Ronald David Taylor, Sr, age 77 of Hardy passed away Monday, August 7, 2023 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Andrew Taylor, Jr, and Elva Kathleen Morris Taylor. Surviving Ronald is his wife, Martha; son, Ronald David Taylor, Jr. (Kirsten Rafferty Taylor); brother, Thomas A. Taylor III (Deborah Martin Taylor) and nephew, John Thomas Taylor. Ronald attended Concord College where he received his BS degree in Mathematics, he also attained his AD in Nursing from Bluefield State College, along with his Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesia degree from Bluefield Sanitarium School of Nurse Anesthesia. He was a member of Halesford Baptist Church and a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. A graveside service with Military Honors will be held in Roselawn Memorial Gardens (Princeton, WV) 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 11, 2023. His family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
