Ronnie Norris Meador

Ronnie Norris Meador, age 70 of Hardy, passed away Monday, June 26, 2023. He is preceded in death by his parents, Layman and Bonnie Meador. Surviving are his wife, Sue Meador; sons, Tim (Amber) Meador and Justin Meador; grandchildren, Ava and Jackson Meador; brothers, Russell Meador and Alvin (Jane) Meador; several nieces and nephews. Ronnie served as a deacon at Sandy Ridge Baptist Church. He loved to be outdoors, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers and picking up his son coon hunting. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel, 11:00 a.m. Thursday with Pastor David McNew and Pastor Joe Dillon officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. His family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
