Ronnie William Hodges, age 54 of Rocky Mount died Saturday, October 27, 2007 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was preceded in death by his father Joseph (Cabell) Hodges.
Surviving are his mother Cora Hall Hodges; his children Lorrinda Gibbs, Shannon Hodges and Mary Elizabeth Hodges; brothers and sisters, Linda G. Yopp, Betty Lou Hood, Susan H. Harrison, Richard C. and Betty Hodges, Roger Allen Hodges, Russell F. Hodges and Randall M. Hodges. He is also survived by his special nieces Kathy Hood and Teresa Shelton; very special friends Douglas Brooks and Frank Hall; his nieces and nephews, Cris, Tommy, Lee, Jenny, Ricky, C.J., Rodney, Kim, Regina and Amanda.
Services will be private.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. Monday with his family receiving friends from 6 to 9 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
