Roy Allen Blankenship, age 64 of Hardy died Sunday, September 30, 2007.
He was born December 25, 1942 a son of the late Claude and Ruth Ellis Blankenship.
Surviving are his daughters Bunnie B. Moore, Hollie Longerbeam and husband Michael; his grandchildren Charles Moore, Jr., Thomas Moore and Keemo Ryan Blankenship; brother & sister-in-law James and Faye Blankenship.
Graveside services will be conducted from Oyler’s Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery 2 p.m. Wednesday with Pastor Rick Barton officiating.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday with his family receiving friends from 6 – 8 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
