Ruby Brooks Hunt

Ruby Brooks Hunt, age 88 of Rocky Mount passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2016. Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, James Hunt; parents, Willie and Stella Brooks; and brothers, William, James and Wilson Brooks. Surviving are her daughter, Deborah Westfall (Tim) and son, David Hunt; grandchildren, Jennifer Primm (Chris) of Appomattox, Jacob Ferguson (Helen) of Roanoke, and Chris Westfall (Donna) of Washington D.C. Funeral services will be private. The family is respectfully requesting no food and in lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to: Beulah Baptist Church, 4220 Sontag Rd, Rocky Mount, VA 24151.
