Ruby H. Wray

Ruby H. Wray, age 94 of Rocky Mount died Thursday, May 27, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Wray and two sisters, Joyce Law and Letha Holland. Surviving are her daughter, Sue Haase; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Connie Wray; four granddaughters, Heather Reger (Jason), Kelly Eam (Sam), Lori Alasantro (Kaden), and Erin Dyer (Steve),  six great-grandsons, Ethan, Hayes, Cooper, Alden, Eli and Oliver; two great-granddaughters, Sophie and Elsie; sister, Christine Altice; and sister-in-law, Sylvia Wray. Mrs. Wray was a founding member of Rocky Mount First Church of the Brethren where she was an active member. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel, 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 30, 2021. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
