Ruth Wagner Nunley

Ruth Wagner Nunley, age 82 of Boones Mill passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward "Joe" Nunley; parents, Beverly and Bessie Wagner; brothers, Bill Wagner and Dennis Wagner. Surviving are two sons, Charles Nunley (Becky), Johnny Nunley (Allison); daughter, Joyce Weaver (Stafford) two sisters, Elizabeth Kaplinger, Bevoline Willis (Ronnie); brother, Clifton Wagner (Shirley); grandchildren, Jeremy, Zach, Michaela and Rex; several step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the friends and staff at Franklin Health and Rehab for their love and support. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 31, 2013 with Chaplain Rick Poland officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Diabetes Association. Her family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
