Sallie Willie Jones

Sallie Willie Jones age 91, of Moneta passed away Monday, December 26, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents Tom Ezra and Elvira Brown Byrd and her husband Ernest Ray Jones, son-in-law Glenn Mattox, sister; Carrie Authur, brothers; Clay Byrd, Orie Byrd, Homer Byrd and Everett Byrd. Surviving are two daughters and son-in-law; Eldean Mattox, Peggy and Jerry Mattox grandchildren; Daphene M. Mattox and Bobby, Becky M. Bowman and Dewey, Anita R. Mattox and James great-grandchildren; Tabitha Dunn and Ray, Nicholas R.W. Reed and Julie, Spencer W. Reed and Megan, Jessica Lynn Reed, McKinzy Miles and Richard, Lesley Bowman and Jasmin Bowman; great-great-grandchildren; Laken Dunn, Alex Miles, Alyssa Green, Nataleigh Miles, William Garver, Meika Reed and Evan Dunn, also surviving are several brothers and sisters-in-law, other family members and special friends. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday December 28, 2011 at Mt. Ivy Christian Church with Minister, Steve Pasley officiating. Interment will follow in the Jones Family Cemetery. Family will receive friends 5:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Flora Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to your favorite charity.
