Samuel Knott

Samuel Knott, age 82 of Rocky Mount passed away Friday, April 8, 2011. Surviving are his wife, Helen J. Knott; three sons, John Knott (Mitzi), Ray Knott (Linda), Sam Knott (Racheal); daughter, Barbara Butterfield (Bill); nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brother, Jack Knott (Helen); special brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; a number of special nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2011 with Rev. Bud Nichols officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. His family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
