Sandra P. Grant

Sandra P. Grant, age 75 of Rocky Mount died Monday, May 3, 2021. She was born August 23, 1945 a daughter of the late William and Elsie Pyrtle. She was also preceded in death by her brother, David; and sister, Elaine. Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Elton C. Grant, Jr.; children, William Grant (Sheila), Charles Grant (Amber), Dawn Gonzales (James); grandchildren, Evan, Payden, Mason, Lilly, Benjamin, Stephen, Alexis, Micah and Daniel; and her siblings, Nancy, Dennis, Sheila and Roger. Mrs. Grant was retired from Ferrum Elementary School as Librarian with 34 years of service. She enjoyed reading and traveling. There will be no services. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
