Shane Michael Nichols

Shane Michael Nichols, age 7 of Wirtz passed away Monday, April 21, 2014. He was a student at Burnt Chimney Elementary School. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Franklin Nichols. Surviving are his parents, Jamie Everett and Michael Nichols; brother, Ian Everett; twin sister, Haley Nichols; grandparents, Joann Everett, Todd Everett, Gladys Nichols; and many, many loving great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Shane was a fun loving boy who loved his family, bugs, animals and 4-wheeling. He will be forever remembered in our hearts. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Mountain View Memorial Park with Pastor Jeff Richards officiating. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
