Shelby J. Collins

Shelby Jean Collins, age 72 of Ferrum and formerly of Jesup, GA passed away Sunday, January 31, 2010. She was born December 29, 1937 a daughter of the late Harley and Virginia Boulard Taylor. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Major Elmer Collins; sister, Geraldine Davis; and brothers, Robert Allen Taylor, Edward Taylor, Leon Taylor. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Robert Setney and wife Vicky; grandchildren, Dwayne Setney and wife Lora, Candice Setney and fiancé Jesse Beckner, Joseph Setney, Catrina Setney, Sabrina Setney; great-grandchildren, Paige Setney, Joshua Setney, Carter Beckner; brother, James Taylor and wife Doris; many nieces, nephews and other family members. Funeral service will be conducted later this week from Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home in Jesup, GA. Local arrangements by Flora Funeral Service, Rocky Mount.
