Sherman "Shorty" Robertson

Sherman “Shorty” Robertson, age 74 of Rocky Mount passed away Monday, June 21, 2021. He was born July 31, 1946 a son of the late Charlie and Grace Pagans Robertson. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Sue; son, Donnie; and siblings, Shirley, Joyce, Patricia and Bookie. Surviving are his son, Jay Robertson; granddaughter, Emily Robertson; brother, Kirk Robertson; sisters, Louise Ellis, Rachel Pruitt, Marcella Hodges, Dianne Mitchell, Brenda Robertson; a number of nieces, nephews and close family and friends. Graveside services will be conducted at Franklin Memorial Park 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 24, 2021. His family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
