Shirley Mize Feazelle

On November 9, 2012 Shirley Mize Feazelle age 93 of Rocky Mount, joined her heavenly family including her husband Charles Willard Feazelle, Sr., daughter and son-in-law Geraldine and William Renick, granddaughter Gail Renick, son Charles Willard Feazelle, Jr., infant daughter Maryann Feazelle, father and mother, Quincy Adam Mize and Nannie Susan Mize, five brothers and five sisters, daughter-in-law Sarah Feazelle, infant grandson, Joe Lee Feazelle, Jr. Surviving are her daughter-in-law, Judy Feazelle (Charles), sons, Ronnie E. (Janice), John (Dianna), Joseph Lee, Timothy Sr., daughters, Gloria Hale (Harry) and Ruth Gearhart, 17 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. As a life long member of Antioch Church of the Brethren, Shirley was a bright shining light for the Lord to everyone. Following her retirement from J.P. Stevens, she spent her years enjoying the company of her children and grandchildren, painting, gardening and reading her Bible. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday November 11, 2012 at Antioch Church of the Brethren with Pastor Eric Anspaugh and Pastor Joe Dillon officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. Her family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
