Shirley Anne VanWagner, 74 of Rocky Mount passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2019. She was born October 16, 1944, a daughter of the late James H. and Sara Chadwich White. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Chris Webb; three grandchildren, Savannah, Alex and Sophia. Services are private.
