Stella Lawson Scott

Stella Lawson Scott, age 86 of Boones Mill passed away Wednesday June 9, 2010. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Scott and beloved pet Rambo. Surviving are a step-son, Ricky and Peggy Reynolds; step-granddaughter Jessica Walters; brothers and sister-in-law, Paul and Elizabeth, Calvin, Arnold and Bill Lawson. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Chapel of Light Mausoleum, Evergreen Burial Park, (1307 Summit Ave. S.W. Roanoke, Va.) with Rev. James Steele will officiate. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to services on Saturday at Evergreen. Arrangements by Flora Funeral and Cremation Services, Rocky Mount, Va.
