Steven H. St.Clair

Steven H. "Big Steve" St.Clair, age 58 of Hardy, unexpectedly found rest with the Lord on Monday, November 17, 2014. Steve was predeceased by his father, Leo B. St.Clair; his mother, Virginia Iris Miller; his beloved grandmother, "Mama Gladys"; and his uncles, Terry Lee, Ronnie, and Jimmy Perdue. He is survived by his wife, Ramona Oakley St.Clair; his son, Steven Ashley St.Clair (Jennifer); three grandchildren, Leah Ashley, Kyra Rae, and Aiden Thomas; sister, Ann Ross (Stirling); aunt, Judy Perdue Papenfus (Greg); special cousin, Amanda Papenfus Smith (Justin); step-daughter, Jessica Norman (Jon-Michael); and numerous cousins and friends. He was a wonderful husband, father, nephew, cousin, and loyal friend to many. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his kindness, humor and his love of the Green Bay Packers. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Thursday with Pastor Joe Dillon officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. His family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
