Talaytha Shamsid-Deen departed this earth on Tuesday February 1st 2022. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Bessie Taylor Craighead, and her two brothers, Khalid (Ernest) Al-Amin, and Earl Neamo. She leaves behind her daughter, Carvada Shamsid-Deen, two sisters Alvenis Riddick (James) of Connecticut, Joella Jones of Maryland, brother Abdual (Micheal) Al-Amin of Roanoke, VA and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services were held on Friday February 4, 2022, 11:00 a.m. at the Taylor Family Cemetery.
Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
