Tammy Kay Hodges

On August 6, 2024, Jesus called home Tammy Kay Hodges, age 44 of Rocky Mount, VA. She may have lost her battle to cancer, but she was greeted into the arms of Jesus. She is reunited with her dad, George Dillon; grandparents, Raymond and Gladys Hodges; and several aunts and uncles. Leaving behind to cherish her memory is her mother, Alma Kay Dillon; fiancé, Brad Eanes, daughter, Ashley Greer (Caleb); the light of her life grandson, Easton Greer; two sisters, Renee Foster and Renita Dillon; two nieces and one nephew. Tammy was so selfless always putting others first. She has been a nurse for over 20 years taking care of so many peoples loved ones. When she wasn’t taking care of patients, she was with her family who she loved more than life itself. Tammy impacted so many people and will be dearly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held at Flora Funeral Chapel, 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 16, 2024 with Pastor Randy Sawyers officiating. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
