Terry Marvin Law, age 74 of Rocky Mount passed away Saturday, September 1, 2007 after a long hard fought battle with cancer.
Terry was born February 6, 1933 a son of the late Ben and Nannie Turner Law. He served as a Corporal in the U. S. Army and was employed at Morris Furniture for over 30 years where he was a bookkeeper. While being semi-retired he worked for Town and Country Realty as an appraiser.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his loving wife of fifty years, Shirley H. Law; and one son, Mark S. Law.
Mr. Law is survived by his four remaining children, Teresa Law, Patricia Agee, Matthew Law and wife Cindy, Jennifer Law Coffey and husband Jeffery; daughter-in-law, Denise Law; his grandchildren, Billy Agee, Sherrie Agee Pugh and husband Josh, Hope Law Jones and husband James, Stephen Law, Shane Law, Barbara Law, Samantha Coffey, Walker Coffey and Dalton Coffey; one great-grandchild, Kierston Jones; special friend, Ben Hunt.
Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel, 11 a.m. Tuesday with Rev. Mark Griffith officiating.
Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Monday from 6 – 8 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
