Terry Lynn Smith

Terry Lynn Smith, age 64 of Glade Hill, went to meet his Savior Friday, August 25, 2023. He was born April 15, 1959, a son of the late Hugh and Dorothy Dent Smith. Terry attended Franklin County High School where he graduated and began his career as a carpenter and a painter for many years. Terry Lynn believed in God and was compassionate about showing love toward others. Surviving to cherish his memory are his son, Travis Smith: brothers, Les Smith, Larry (Annette) Smith, and Garrett (Britany) Smith; sister, Casey (Chuck) Wilson; numerous nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles; and special friends Leon and Patty Harrison. The family would like to thank Kitty, Jean, and Doraine for all of their help and kindness during his time of need and also everyone who prayed and came to visit. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at the Dent Family Cemetery with Rev. Denver Turner officiating.
