Thomas Herbert Ferguson

Thomas Herbert Ferguson, age 85 of Boones Mill, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Bernard Ferguson and Virginia Gertrude Wingfield; wife, Audrey Davidson Ferguson; four brothers, Clarence, John, Frank, and Buddy; and one sister, Virginia. Surviving are his son, Eric Ferguson (Linda); daughter, Robin Peters (Victor); grandchildren, Michelle Gilbert (Ronnie Rogers), Jessica Turman (Nick), and Kayla Ferguson; great-grandchildren, Noah Turman and Ella Turman; many nieces and nephews; his loving dog, Squirt; and two special friends, James Peters and Jeff Taylor. Thomas was a U.S. Army veteran and served his country during the Korean War. After returning from his time in service, he was employed at Wells Fargo for 23 years. Services will be private. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
