Thomas Junior Solomon

Thomas Junior Solomon age 82 of Glade Hill, passed away Saturday January 15, 2022. Thomas was retired from Vanity Fair as Maintenance Administrator after many years of service. He also served faithfully as Elder in the Primitive Baptist Church and as Pastor of Reed Creek Primitive Baptist Church.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Annie Harris Solomon and father, John Thomas Solomon, brother, Curtis Eugene Solomon, sister, Mildred Solomon Manuel. Surviving are his wife Mary Louise Solomon, son Gary Thomas Solomon (Marie). Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Flora Funeral Chapel with Elder Junior Conner officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Glade Hill Volunteer Rescue Squad. His family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
