Tony Dean Doss

Anthony "Tony" Dean Doss, age 48 of Callaway died Thursday, October 24, 2013. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul F. and Sylvester Guilliams, Rufus Lewis and Ruby Doss. Tony was CFO with Uttermost Corp. and a member of Franklin Heights Baptist Church. He was a follower of Christ with a strong faith and a beloved husband, father and friend to many. He had a gentle soul and a passion for his job, but most especially a love for the people he worked with. Tony?s sense of humor could brighten the darkest of days. Surviving are his wife, Lisa Haven Doss; children, Haley and Drake Doss; mother, Phyllis Doss; father and step-mother, Rodger and Carol Doss; brother and sister-in-law, Sean and Melinda Doss; nephew, Darren; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Elizabeth and Dale Haven; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Marie and Rick Price. Funeral services will be conducted from Franklin Heights Baptist Church 2:30 p.m. Sunday with Dr. Stan Parris officiating. Interment will be private in the Helms Family Cemetery. The family would like to thank the special doctors and nurses at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital 10 South for loving us like family and taking excellent care of our beloved Tony. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Franklin Heights Baptist Church Building Fund or the American Cancer Society.
