Troy Emil Rutkofske

Troy Emil Rutkofske passed away December 27, 2019 morning in Alexandria, Virginia.

Troy is survived by his true love and caring girlfriend, Nicole Bullock; parents, Ron and Arleen Rutkofske; brother, Kirk, and his wife Miyuki Rutkofske; brother Eugene Rutkofske and his wife Joanne Rutkofske; and nephew, Shawn Rutkofske, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.

After graduating from Michigan State University, he worked for a short time for the Village of Pinehurst, NC before moving to Alexandria and starting an amazing career with the EPA in Washington DC as a social travel specialist. Troy had an amazing life filled with compassion for everyone he met. He was an inspiration for all and has touched the lives of many people with his always positive attitude. Troy's love for others, music, and nature will keep his spirit alive through all his amazing friends and family.

A short memorial service will be held at the Forest Rest at Mountain View Memorial Park in Boones Mill, VA on Monday, December 30 ^th at 1 pm. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
