Valerie Brooks

Valerie Ryan Brooks, 60, daughter of the late, Francis X. and Virginia D. Ryan, and long-time resident of Virginia Beach and Chesapeake passed away Saturday, January 14, 2012 after a long illness. She is survived by her husband, Charles D. Brooks (formerly of Franklin County); two sons, Aaron and Ryan Brooks, three grandchildren and her brother, Keith Ryan. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Valerie's memory to Heartland Hospice of Virginia Beach, 5024 Corporate Woods Drive, Suite 200, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
