Victor Traul Light

Victor Traul Light, 84, of Rocky Mount, VA and formerly of Sarasota, Florida went to be with his Lord December 4, 2008. Victor owned Light Realty in Sarasota, Fl. In Virginia Victor was an Elder at the Blue Ridge Chapel and taught Church history at the Blue Ridge Bible College. He worked for Dan Crandall PA where he prayed with every client he met. He was an Ambassador for Christ and was a great role model for his children as a husband and father. He was married 64 years to the love of his life Mabel. They had six children, Don Light of Bradenton, FL, Vicki Light of Los Angeles, CA, James Light of Parrish, FL, Teresa Crandall (deceased) of Rocky Mount, VA, Loretta Carter of Woodstock, GA, and Sheree Enquist of Rocky Mount, VA. They had 29 Grand Children and 36 Great-Grand Children. Funeral services will be conducted from Blue Ridge Chapel, 445 Blue Ridge Ct., Rocky Mount, VA, 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 9, 2008. Interment will follow in the Crandall Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service, Rocky Mount.
