Vivian E. Mattox

Vivian Estherline Mattox, age 71 of Rocky Mount died Monday, July 15, 2013. She was preceded in death by her father, Hercile Smith; and grandparents, William and Mamie Holland. Surviving are her husband, Frankie Mattox; children, Anthony Holland, Dana (Dianna) Mattox, Cindy (James) Mackenhimer, Tammie (Vance) Legans, Holly Holland, Eric Hughes; grandchildren, Chandler Mackenhimer, Dasia Mattox, Brianna Holland, Mikayla Holland, Morganne Holland, Christian Mackenhimer, Isaiah Holland; mother, Margaret Holland; brothers and sisters, Hercile Smith, Jr., Rexford Smith, Albert Smith, Freddie Smith, Rebecca Tyree; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Robert and Della Arrington; many nieces, nephews and other family members. Funeral services will be conducted from Faith Fellowship Church 11:30 a.m. Friday with Pastor Gary Hoffman officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 11 a.m.. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
