Walter Owen Barnhart, age 93 formerly of Boones Mill died Wednesday, August 19, 2009.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Levi and Della Barnhart; six brothers; and three sisters.
Surviving are his wife, Rachel; two daughters, Sue Webster, Betty Crum and husband Emory; three granddaughters, Karen W. Brubaker, Julie Wood, Joanna Brown and husband Gibson; four great-grandchildren, Josh Brubaker and wife Susan, Zack Brubaker, Rachel and Max Brown; and great-great-grandson, Jayden Brubaker.
Private graveside services will be conducted from Antioch Church of the Brethren Cemetery.
