Walter Richard Pugh

Walter Richard Pugh, age 80 of Rocky Mount passed away unexpectedly Monday, October 31, 2022. He was born October 29, 1942 in Rocky Mount to the late George and Cecil Pugh. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Surviving are his brothers, George M. Pugh, David Pugh (Mary); and a host of nieces and nephews. Walter was a member of Flint Hill United Methodist Church. A memorial graveside service with Military Honors will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, NOVEMBER 12, 2022 at the Thurman Family Cemetery with Chaplain Rick Poland officiating.
