Wanda Dethlefsen

Wanda Dethlefsen, 33, of Snow Creek died tragically at her home in LaGrange (NC) early Sunday morning. Dethlefsen leaves behind three children: Avie Gillispie, 13; Anna Cooke, 5; and Eathen Dethlefsen, 1. Also surviving are her parents, Michael J. and Nancy Bell Dethlefsen of Snow Creek; and siblings: James Dethlefsen, Jessica Dethlefsen Thompson (Tommy), Eric Dethlefsen and Anna Dethlefsen. Additionally, Dethlefsen?s birth mother Dorothy Kane and birth sisters Loretta Kane and Dora Nester survive. In lieu of flowers please make donations to United Way of Franklin County. Her family will receive friends 6:00- 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
