Washington Lee Angell

Washington Lee Angell, 85 of Hockley, Texas passed away on Friday, November 20, 2015. He was born and raised in Frankin County near Boones Mill. He was born on February 22, 1930 to the late Frank and Vernie Angell. He served his country in the US Navy. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years Lauretta Angell; brother, Harless Angell; sisters, Vivian Gibson and Ruby Angell. Lee is survived by his daughters; Laura Lee Moser (husband Allen) of Cypress, Texas),Linda Thomas (husband Frankie) of Hockley, Texas, six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren. Also surviving are a sister, Jacqueline Hamblin of Pearisburg, Va, sister-in-law, Mabel Angell, along with many nieces, nephews and other extended family. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Klein Funeral Home, Magnolia, Texas. Flora Funeral Service of Rocky Mount is assisting the family.
